Sign Permit Fees

For guidelines on when and where you can place signs, please review our page on sign regulations.  As of January1 , 2008, the permit fees for permanent and temporary/portable signs are as follows:

Permanent sign permits are $30 or $0.30 per square foot of display area ("face" area), whichever is greater.  Double-sided signs are charged as only one face.

Portable signs will be charged fees as follows:

• $50 per calendar year for a license to place portable signs
• $15 for each time a sign is placed
