Bicycle licenses
Bike licenses can be purchased in the Auditors Office on the second floor of City Hall at 200 3rd St. N. Licenses cost $2 and are good for five years. Bicycle owners receive a decal with their registration number that could help police determine the bike's owner if it is stolen and then recovered. For more information, call 241-1304.
