Public Art Taskforce
The formation of the Public Art Taskforce was approved by the Fargo City Commission in January of 2014. The taskforce is intended to be a temporary group of volunteer members who provide assistance as the City lays out the groundwork for a public arts plan. The main goals of the taskforce are to:
1) Review existing public art.
2) Set priorities for new public art.
3) Guide the development of a Public Art Plan.
4) Recommend policies to implement a Public Art Plan which incorporates the concepts outlined in GO2030.
