Project Scope

This project includes replacing the aging water main and deteriorated street paving. It also includes new sidewalks, driveways & street lighting.

This project will include the closure of 10th St. N. at 4th Ave. N.  This closure will be in place a maximum of 30 days.

Project Schedule and Completion

•      Projected start date: July 9, 2012.
•      This project has 5 phases, each of which will take approximately 45 days to complete (multiple phases may be under construction at the same time).
•      Substantial completion date: October 5, 2012.
