IB-7. Filling In Bids

All prices must fully cover all items for which proposals are herein asked. Any proposal submitted on items not included in the proposal form shall be grounds for rejection of the entire proposal. The filled- in proposal shall be signed and verified by the parties interested or their legally authorized representative or representatives.
