About the Library
The Fargo Public Library, with three locations in Fargo, North Dakota, provides educational and entertainment materials for people of all ages.
The Fargo Public Library has a collection of more than 165,000 books, 10,000 DVDs and many other physical (external link) and electronic resources. All three locations provide public access computers and wireless internet access for laptops. The library also has children’s, teen, and adult programming including story times, computer classes and delivery to homebound citizens through our outreach service. The downtown Main Library features a coffee shop, the Breezeway Cafe, located just inside the east entrance of the library. Hours of operation for the Breezeway Cafe are Mondays through Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays from 12 to 6 p.m.
