A Series of Unfortunate Events Book Club

 Vile Village
In the words of Lemony Snicket, if you are interested in stories with happy endings, you would be better off joining some other book club. But if you insist on reading the heartbreaking tales of the Baudelaire orphans, the “A Series of Unfortunate Events” Book Club is open to kids in grades 3-6 (and all returning members), and meets at the Main Library on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (September-April) at 4 p.m.

Registration is required for the book club and may be completed at the Children’s desk or by calling 241-1495. Copies of the book will be available for kids to pick up upon registration. Each month we’ll read a different book in the series. Meetings will include discussions, activities, and snacks. Both readers new to the series and re-readers are welcome! Likewise, both readers new to the book club and those returning are welcome! For more information, call 241-1495.

Join us in the Magic Tree House as we explore with Jack and Annie! Each month we'll read a different book in the series by Mary Pope Osborne. Meetings will include discussions and/or activities, games, crafts, and snacks.
