Members present: Michael Williams, Tim Dirks, Pat Zavoral
Others present: Richard Moorhead (Image Group), Jeffrey Mandyck (MS&R), Ginny Mueller

Michael Williams called the meeting to order.

Order of Agenda
Motion made by Pat Zavoral and seconded by Tim Dirks to approve the order of agenda; motion carried.

Minutes
Corrections were made to the April 8, 2009 minutes as follows:  
In the Paragraph entitled Change Order Review (continued), the dollar amount for the Ceramic Tile Mural is in error.  The correct sentence should read “The Ceramic Tile Mural was previously approved for $25,837.00.”
 In addition, in the same paragraph, under General Construction the amount for Depository Signs was a premature figure.  At this time, it should be noted that the Depository Signs are $310.00.

Motion made by Pat Zavoral and seconded by Tim Dirks to approve the minutes as corrected for the April 8, 2009 meeting; motion carried.

HVAC Commissiong/Filtration Testing Update
Jeff Mandyke and Richard Moorhead presented the review of the Infiltration Test Proposal, explaining that the test will provide results but does not make any corrections for systems that may fail.  Pat Zavoral made a motion to proceed with the McFarlane Proposal for Infiltration Testing and allow the architects latitude in dealing with the findings.  If the contractor is at fault, we will use retainage as a method of payment.  Tim Dirks seconded the motion; motion carried. 

Change Order Review
Richard Moorhead presented the Project Cost Summary, along with a review of outstanding change orders and proposals.  Pat Zavoral moved to allow the following change orders:

      General Construction
            Stair No. 1 Rail Extension            $2401.00
            Add Opaque Strip @ Circulation Desk          533.00
      Mechanical Construction
            WellSpring Rough-In Connection      $1826.00 
      Electrical Construction
            Raise Outer Lobby Fixtures            $  319.15
            Lower Water Closet Flush Valve Sensors   265.57

Tim Dirks seconded the motion; motion carried.

Tim Dirks presented proposed change orders and made a motion to allow them as follows: 
      InterOffice Furniture (misjudged fabric)            $3313.11                              Embury (shelving in children’s area)                888.12
      SDDI (increased signs)                          1904.00                       

     
Pat Zavoral seconded the motion; motion carried.

Punch List Inspection Report
A Final Inspection Report for items found to be in need of completion and/or correction was presented by Richard Moorhead.  An inspection will be conducted today by Jeff Mandyck after this meeting.
