Going Home: Fargo's Plan to end Long-Term Homelessness by 2016
Fargo's plan focuses on connecting people that need housing with the housing that already exists in the community, on effective service delivery, on prevention and on enhanced understanding of the issue.
The planning process spanned a period of eight months and involved representatives from more than 40 local organizations. The result of the process is "Going Home", Fargo's 10 Year Plan (pdf) to end long-term homelessness in 10 years.
