Gary Wayne Davis  Born in 1945, 5' 8", 175 lbs. Blue eyes, blonde hair 1122 2 Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Davis was convicted of Indecent Exposure in Richland County ND in 1999 and a second charge of Indecent Exposure in Cass County ND in 2007.  Both victims were adult females.  He is a lifetime registrant.

Jerome Alexander Demarce  Born in 1986, 5' 11", 194 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 1423 6th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Demarce was convicted of gross sexual imposition (GSI) in Ramsey County, North Dakota in May 2006.  The victim was a female acquaintance who was under the age of 15.  He was also adjudicated in Ramsey County, North Dakota for juvenile delinquency (GSI) in 2004.  The victim was a female family member who was under the age of 15. 

Kevin James Fredrickson  Born in 1966, 5' 9", 270 lbs. Blue eyes, blonde hair 528 27th Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Fredrickson was convicted of Corruption of a Minor in Cass County District Court in 1990.  His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.  He was also convicted in 2001 for Gross Sexual Imposition where the victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.  Fredrickson is a lifetime registrant.

David Mark Harmer  Born in 1962, 5' 6", 160 lbs. Brown eyes, brown hair 1423 6th Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Harmer was convicted, in 1990, of two counts or criminal sexual conduct in the 3rd degree (with force) in Bay County, Michigan.  The victim was a female acquaintance who was under the age of 15.

Offense Background: Hernandez was convicted in 1997 on two charges of criminal sexual conduct in Clay County, Minnesota.  His victims were female acquaintances, ages 14 and 15.  He was also convicted in 2002 for gross sexual imposition in Walsh County, North Dakota.  The victim in this was an adult female acquaintance.

Offense Background: Keszler was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Cass County in 2007.  The victim was a female acquaintance under the age 15.  He was also adjudicated in Cass County Juvenile Court for Fornication in 1998.  His victim was a male under the age of 15.  He is a lifetime registrant.

Anthony Steven Larry  Born in 1972, 6' 4", 260 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 1122 2nd Avenue South Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Larry was convicted in 1994 of gross sexual imposition in Cass County Court. His victim was a 14 year old female acquaintance.  Larry was also convicted of 4th degree criminal sexual conduct in Clay County, Minnesota in 1993 for having sexual contact with a 15 year old female acquaintance.

Offense Background: Mays was convicted of criminal sexual conduct, in 1993, in Ramsey Juvenile Court, Minnesota.  The victim was a male acquaintance under 15 years old.
