Level II Sex Offenders (north of Main Avenue)

Offense background: Annis was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1999 in Cass County North Dakota.  His victims were under the age of fifteen. 

Offense background: Bowden was convicted in 1993 of gross sexual imposition in Cass County, North Dakota. He was released from the North Dakota State Penitentiary in 1999 after serving six years but returned to the state penitentiary for a probation violation for not completing sex offender treatment and was released in October 2006. His victim was a male acquaintance under the age of 15. 

Offense background: Buckmeier was convicted of Indecent Exposure on December 08, 2008, in Cass County District Court, North Dakota.  His victims were children under the age of 15.  The victims were unknown to him. 

George Maurel Carroll  Born in 1962, 5' 5", 185 lbs.  Blue eyes, black hair 703 12th Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Carroll was convicted in Clay County District Court, Minnesota, on a charge of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct in 2000.  The victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.  

Jamie Edward Collier  Born in 1980, 6', 152 lbs.  Blue eyes, brown hair 1249 11 1/2 Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Collier was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Stutsman County, North Dakota in 2001.  His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. 

John Darin Davison  Born in 1966, 6', 270 lbs.  Green eyes, brown hair 411 North Broadway Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Davison was convicted in 1998 in Cass County District Court for gross sexual imposition.  His victim was a female relative under the age of 15.   

Salbino Joseph Depina  Born in 1984, 6', 210 lbs.  Brown eyes, brown hair 1106 13th Avenue North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Depina was convicted of Corruption of a Minor on July 30, 2008, in Cass County District Court, North Dakota.  His victim was an acquaintance under the age of 15.

Russell James Earles  Born in 1955, 5' 10", 200 lbs. Brown eyes, brown hair 1315 1st Ave North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Russell Earles was convicted in 1998 of gross sexual imposition in Barnes County District Court.  The victim was female relative under the age of 15. 

Bradley Joe Evenson  Born in 1956, 6' 1", 180 lbs. Blue eyes, brown hair 309 7th Avenue North #10 Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Evenson was convicted in 2002 for possession of material involving sexual exploitation of minors in U.S. District Court, North Dakota.    

Gerado Garza  Born in 1981, 5' 10", 170 lbs. Brown eyes, black hair 3529 Kelly Street North, Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Garza was convicted Webb County District Court, Laredo, TX., on a charge of Sexual Assault in 2002.  The victim was a 14 year old female acquaintance.  He is required to register until 8/3/2027. 

Cory Michael Keller  Born in 1973, 6' 250 lbs. Brown eyes, brown hair 7 6th Avenue North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Keller was convicted of Luring Minor by Computer in US Federal Court in ND in 2004.  The incident involved Keller using a computer to solicit an undercover police officer, posing as a 16 year-old female, for sex.  Keller was 29 years old at the time of the offense.  He is required to register as an offender until 2029.

Ronald Lee Kuehn  Born in 1975, 5' 10", 190 lbs. Blue eyes, blonde hair 702 3rd Street North, Apt. #19 Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Kuehn was convicted of corruption or solicitation of a minor in Cass County North Dakota in 2006.  His victim was a male who was 16 years of age.  Kuehn left notes in attempt to solicit the victim to engage in sex acts.  

Jacob Landon Linquist  Born in 1984, 5' 4", 165 lbs. Blue eyes, blonde hair 123 15 St N Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Jacob Linquist was convicted of 2 counts of Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor in Burleigh County ND District Court.  The victim was a 17 year old female acquaintance.  He is required to register until 2031.

Michael Anthony Miller  Born in 1979, 5' 8", 170 lbs. Blue eyes, blond hair 120 8th Street North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Michael Miller was convicted in 1999 of gross sexual imposition in Grand Forks County, North Dakota.  The victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15. 

Patrick Michael Schiele  Born in 1979, 5' 11", 290 lbs., Blue eyes, brown hair 712 4th Avenue North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Schiele was convicted of luring a minor by computer, a class A misdemeanor, in Cass County, North Dakota in 2003. The incident involved Schiele using a computer to solicit for sex an undercover police officer posing as a 15 year-old female. Schiele was 22 years old at the time of the offense. 

Carrie Ann Schwehr  Born in 1971, 5', 137 lbs., Hazel eyes, brown hair 1315 1 Avenue North #4 Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Schwehr was convicted of corruption of minors in Cass County, North Dakota in 1999.  Her victim was under the age of 15. 

Michael Warren Vadnais  Born in 1963, 6' 4", 210 lbs., Brown eyes, brown hair 1104 13th Avenue North Fargo, North Dakota

Offense Background: Vadnais was convicted of gross sexual imposition for incidents that happened during the winter of 2000 to fall of 2001. The incidents involved sexual contact with several girls under the age of 10. Cass County District Court sentenced Vadnais to prison. Vadnais served 10 months and was released on March 5, 2003.
