Growing demands and dry weather patterns are creating concerns about Fargo's water supply. The City of Fargo has developed a plan to respond to drought conditions that may impact the city.
The plan is based on a series of phases associated with the severity of the drought condition. When the city identifies potential concerns, one of the corresponding phase advisories will be issued to the public and Fargo businesses. Residents will be asked to conserve water by complying with the restrictions the city puts in place.
