Fargo Renaissance Zone Development Plan

The original Fargo Renaissance Plan was adopted by the City Commission in November 1999 and approved by the State on December 28, 1999.  A revision to that plan was adopted by the City in September 2003 and approved by the state in October 2003.  Both versions of the Plan are available in PDF format below.
