Elections and Voting
The next regularly scheduled elections will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2014 and Tuesday, November 4, 2014. You can verify where to vote by visiting the Secretary of State's Web site or by calling the Cass County Auditor's Office at (701) 241-5600.
To participate in a City of Fargo election, you must be a city resident for at least 30-days prior to the election. You must also be at least 18 years old, a North Dakota resident and a citizen of the United States.
There is no formal voter registration process in North Dakota. To vote, simply go to your designated precinct and present an accepted form of identification.
Elections in Fargo are administered by the Cass County Auditor's Office. This office provides a variety of election information on its Web site, including information on absentee voting.
