After-Hours Free Parking
If you are looking for a place to park after normal business hours, parking in many of the city-owned parking lots is free. In these lots, you may park for free between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and on weekends (except in the case of special event parking):
- Civic Center/City Hall lot
- NP Avenue lot
- 2nd Avenue lots (both the north and south sides of the avenue)
- Island Park Ramp (in the metered area only)
- Main Avenue lot
