POP Coupons

POPcolorlogoA POP pass will give you:

  • One hour of free parking in 1 of 5 POP parking lots in downtown Fargo or
  • A free one-way ride on a Metro Area Transit bus


POP passes are available from participating downtown businesses. Look for window decals that identify a business as a POP program participant.  More than 95 downtown businesses currently participate in the POP program.

  • NP Avenue lot
  • 2nd Avenue (south side) lot
  • GTC Garage
  • Radisson Ramp
  • US Bank lot  

Business owners who would like to participate in the POP program should contact the Planning office at 701-241-1474 or planning@cityoffargo.com.

 

How It Works

  1. Drive downtown.
  2. Park in a marked POP lot.
  3. Shop at a business that participates in the POP program (look for the window decal).
  4. Ask the merchant for a POP pass.
  5. Return to your parked car.
  6. Give the POP pass to the parking attendant when you leave the parking lot.  Voila - one hour of free parking!
