Due to the lack of a quorum, no meeting was convened. Those present discussed the report on repairs for the Radisson ramp to occur this summer and the requests for proposals for the parking ticket and license plate recognition systems. They also discussed security in the Island Park ramp and Chapters 11 and 12 of The High Cost of Free Parking.
