The City of Fargo and area businesses value our downtown customers. The POP program is designed to make it easier and affordable for you to do business in downtown Fargo. Look for the POP logo to find a good deal in parking.

• POP Coupons (1 hour free parking at designated lots or one-way MAT bus rides)
• 4-hour time zones (free)
• "After-hours" parking Free parking is available in POP lots between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. with exemption of special events.
