Christmas Tree Pickup: Week of January 7, 2008
- Place trees with regular household garbage
- Please do not deposit on snow banks
- Remove plastic bags, wood and metal stands
Martin Luther King Day: Jan. 21– Collections on schedule and landfill open.
Presidents Day: Week of Feb. 18– Collections on schedule and landfill open.
Good Friday: March 21– Collections on schedule and landfill open.
Cleanup Week: week of May 5, 2008; visit www.cleanupweek.com for information on items accepted and those we can't collect
Memorial Day, May 26: Landfill closed; Monday collection on Tuesday; the remainder of the week on schedule.
Independence Day: Week of June 30–Monday collection on schedule; rest of the week one day early. The landfill will be closed on Friday, July 4.
Labor Day: Week of Sept. 1–Monday collection on Tuesday; the remainder of the week on schedule. The landfill will be closed on Monday, Sept. 1.
Veterans Day: Tuesday, Nov. 11: Collections on schedule and landfill open.
Thanksgiving Day: Week of Nov. 24: Monday and Friday collections on schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday collections one day early. The landfill will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 27.
Christmas Day: Week of Dec. 21: Monday and Friday collections on schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday collections one day early.The landfill will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 25.
