Disposing of large items
Items such as building material, furniture, concrete and automotive parts, etc. will be collected by the Solid Waste crews for a fee on a call-in basis only. The fee is based on the amount and weight and is added to the homeowner's utility bill. Contact the Division of Solid Waste at (701) 241-1449 for collection details.
Large items may also be hauled to the Sanitary Landfill for a fee.
Finally, during Cleanup Week, two appliances per household can be set out for collection. Doors should be removed.
