Recycling plastic bags
Plastic shopping bags (from grocery and other retail stores) are accepted for recycling at:
- Cash Wise Foods (1401 33 St. S., Fargo)
- Wal-Mart (4731 13 Ave. S., Fargo)
Containers are located inside of the stores near the entrances. All bags must be clean, dry and free of debris/receipts. Please do not place dry cleaning bags in with your shopping bags for recycling.
Some thrift stores also accept shopping bags for reuse.
Please do not place any plastic bags in with your curbside or drop-off recycling. They contaminate the plastic bottle recycling supply.
