Demolition Permit:   

$100.00 standard fee or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services

House Moving Permit:

$300.00 standard fee or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services. 
For moves within extraterritorial area the standard fee is $150.00 or $25.00 for buildings under 400 SF and without utility services.

Board of Appeals

$150.00 filing fee

Other inspections and fees:

1. Inspections outside of normal business hours (minimum charge — two hours)

$60.00 per hour*

2. Reinspection fees assessed under Sections 108 and 109 of the International Building Code

3. Inspections for which no fee is specifically indicated (minimum charge — one half hour)
