Parking tickets and utility bills may be paid online, via telephone or in person. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. *Important note: The City of Fargo no longer charges a $2.95 convenience fee for paying online.

Online
The City of Fargo accepts online payments for parking tickets and utility bills. This is a free service and you will not be charged a convenience fee. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. The largest utility bill payment you can make online is $300. If your bill is more than this amount, you have the option of making two or more online payments.

Payment confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when paying your utility bill. Payments of parking tickets however, do not generate an e-mail confirmation; please print out the confirmation number once it is supplied.
Credit card statement
When you receive your credit card statement the charge will display as “City of Fargo”.
Monthly Statements
Autopay customers can now receive their monthly utility bill online. To sign up for this free service, please fill out the online form (word document) and return it to the Water Department via e-mail, postal mail or fax. Detailed instructions are included on the form.
Online Utilities Portal
The City of Fargo now offers online tools to access you monthly statements, account history, and online payments.
