Bennett

The Bennett neighborhood, which is located in the southernmost part of the City of Fargo, became part of the city in the 1980s and 1990s. The neighborhood is predominately residential and gets its name from Bennett Elementary School, which opened in the fall of 2000.

In 2003, the Bennett neighborhood was in the "five-year growth area", which means that it is one of the areas most likely to experience rapid growth in the coming years.
