Pointe West
The Pointe West neighborhood has been one of the fastest-growing residential areas in the community in the last several years.
The neighborhood is home to a mix of single-family detached and attached units, multi-family complexe, and townhomes. The eastern portion of the neighborhood has been developed with light industrial uses. There are also some commercial areas along 32nd Avenue South, the northern border of the neighborhood.
