River Drive
The River Drive neighborhood parallels the Red River and is made up of single-family detached housing with a few twinhomes and about 15 apartment buildings, including the Touchmark at Harwood Groves Retirement Community. Because of its location on the Red River, this neighborhood has direct access to the Nature Conservancy Park and Lemke Park. Its western border is University Drive, which provides access to a variety of commercial services.
