Southpointe
The Southpointe neighborhood is located in the middle of Fargo’s south side and became part of the city in the 1970s and 1980s. It includes a variety of housing types (single-family, detached, duplex, apartment and townhouse-style condos, apartment buildings) and is bisected from north to south by the Milwaukee Trail and mini-parks system. Discovery Middle School is located in the neighborhood on 18th Street and 40th Avenue South.
