Westgate
The Westgate neighborhood became part of the City of Fargo between 1973 and 1975. Westgate has a mix of rental and owner-occupied housing, which includes 200 single family detached homes, 70 apartment buildings and 60 condo units.
In addition to recreational trails and parks, the neighborhood enjoys access to a number of services along the commercial districts of 13th Avenue and 25th Street.
