The Environmental Health (EH) Division empowers our local communities to live better and longer, by creating and sustaining a healthy environment through science, service, and policy. EH protects the environment by conducting scientific assessments, regulatory compliance, technical assistance and training, and environmental education for both private sector and city operations. EH advocates for federal, state, and local environmental policies that protect the environment and public health.
